Agreement
By creating an account, registering a domain, or using Intent FreeDomain, you agree to comply with these Terms and Acceptable Use Policies. Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, domain removal, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Prohibited Activities
- Copyright infringement, piracy, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content, or facilitating access to infringing content.
- Hosting, distributing, promoting, or linking to malware, viruses, phishing pages, credential theft, scams, fraud, or malicious software.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, impersonation, or abuse of individuals or organizations.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive advertising, or abuse of third-party services.
- Users are limited to 1 account per IP and 3 domains per account.
- Domains consisting of 3 letters or less are not allowed for public registration
- Illegal activities of any kind under applicable laws
- Attempts to bypass account limits, create multiple accounts, evade bans, or circumvent security measures.
- Use of Intent FreeDomain for activities that may damage the reputation, infrastructure, or legal standing of the service.
- Terms of Use are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Domains consisting of 3 letters or less are not allowed for public registration
Enforcement
Intent FreeDomain reserves the right to investigate any account, domain, or activity suspected of violating these Terms.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
- Remove domains or DNS records.
- Block IP addresses, devices, networks, or other identifiers.
- Preserve logs and evidence relating to suspected abuse.
- Refuse future registrations from abusive users.
We may, without prior notice:-
Cooperation With Investigations
Where abuse, copyright infringement, fraud, criminal activity, or other serious violations are reasonably believed to have occurred, Intent FreeDomain may preserve relevant account records and cooperate with lawful requests from copyright holders, hosting providers, registrars, law-enforcement agencies, courts, or other authorized entities.
Account Limits
- One account per user.
- Maximum three domains per account unless approved by administration.
- Domains consisting of three characters or fewer are not available for public registration.
- Contact administration for legitimate projects requiring higher limits.
Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
PSL & Reserved Names
We enforce Public Suffix List (PSL) rules and reserve names that conflict with registries, system core services, or premium identifiers.
